Back-up band sought by singer/songwriter.
Immediate need for bass, keys/synth, guitar, and drums to assist with arrangements, recording, and performing of all original material. Existing bands preferred as they are likely to have better chemistry. Individuals players may also apply.
Indie, alternative, modern rock: Replacements, Nada Surf, Pixies, Weezer, Editors, Band of Horses, Interpol, et al.
Has local industry contacts for recording and booking. Shows already being passed up.
Has paid rehearsal space located in Arlington near Cambridge - no financial burden on band members.
Please, be responsible, open-minded, good attitude. Have your own well-maintained equipment. Keep in mind, while this is not a carreer, it should be pursued with dedication.
