In an ideal society, everybody would know each other as one family. All the members of the village know that at the core, we all share one common spirit. External differences are embraced and peoples special gifts are utilized to bring about the upliftment of the entire group.
Today much of that camaraderie is missing. Many do not see our similarities and our differences are a source of seperation and persecution rather than embraced and utilized. It has caused many to feel lost, isolated, and worn out in a vast unforgiving world.
So how did human kind lose sight of the ideal village? Is the feeling of brotherhood and sisterhood among all people no longer of value? The truth is people naturally want to feel accepted, appreciated, and cared about by those around them. They want to trust their neighbor and have people they can count on when in need. 'It Takes a Village 2...'s ideal is to create the ideal
'It Takes a Village 2...' is a place of upliftment and connection. Where people become involved in community action getting to know others from all walks of life. Where everyone's unique talents and abilities are brought to light and people's passions become their reality.
'It Takes a Village 2...'gather for community events such as poetry and musical performances, games and tournaments, community clean up projects, and many other activities to help personal as well as community development.
