I'm Kale.
I never know what to write in these fucking things except music related stuff, so let's start there.
I love music more than anything. I like to think of myself as pretty open minded to it. I like an array of genres including but not limited to folk metal, black metal, technical/brutal death metal, power metal, psytrance, folk, deathcore, progressive rock, breakcore, post-rock, soundtracks, Japanese stuff, drone... Metal and folk in general are basically my life with a bit of the others mixed in there.
I play a few instruments. Mainly drums and bass guitar both of which I can play fairly well I'd say. Drums more than bass. I play drums in a viking black metal band called Aesir. I also own a variety of other instruments including acoustic guitars, pennywhistles (fuck yeah!), an ocarina, a bunch of crazy percussion and a violin. All of which I can play with some basic degree of proficiency. Except that fucking violin.
Ok now I've done music, I'm stuck. I like games too, games are pretty cool. Xbox 360, Wii and DS. Yeah. I'll own your ass at Smash Bros, Mario Kart or Guitar Hero.
I like alcohol. Oh yes. Much, much alcohol to the point of infamy.
I live in the epic county of Cornwall. But to make it less epic, I live in the lame tourist town of Newquay. Maybe I'd like it if I went clubbing, skating or surfing. But nah. I attend Truro College, studying A levels in Computing, Music Technology, Media Production and English Language (well, soon).
I have awesome friends. You know who you are. I also have an exceptionally awesome girlfriend called Lydia, who needed to be mentioned here :D
That's about it for the AMAZINGLY INFORMATIVE AND AWESOME biography. I also like South Park, Red Dwarf, Futurama, various anime and epic literature. Have I forgotten anything? I don't think so.
I would make this page look cool with fancy CSS, but plain black will do me fine. It's only myspace.
