Dwayne Sheppard Formely known as SLAPPY, born on December 25,1985 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was raised in Pompano Beach Florida. Dwayne intends to leave an indelible impression in the progression of contemporary urban gospel music. Dwayne has enabled himself to explore and blend various forms of music, such as church, Negro spirituals, hymns, and jazz into the composition of gospel. As a minister of music, he is allowed God's anoiting to flow through his gifts of talents.
The Way of Shebach was organized when the lord placed a vision in the heart of his servant Dwayne Sheppard. His passion for Christ and his desire to draw others to God with his driving force God placed a burden in his servant to be an advocate for the lost world and community where through his ministry it would not just focus through singing, praising God but lending a helping hand with outreach and evangelism to the lost and to the hurt to the less unfortunate and to the broken. At that appointed time, God led Dwayne to his secret place in worship with covenant unto God where the lord filled his servant with the necessary tools for his ministry. Dwayne humbly said yes in obedience to the lord and started his first recrutment in the month of May 2007 and by June 16, 2007 he was led to hold his first orientation meeting where he formed a Christian assemblage ensemble, outreach and support group/ministry. Known today as Dwayne Sheppard and The Way of Shebach. We are now watching and praying as God develop this ministry and his servant from a small tender bud into a tree planted by the waters.Today we stand declaring that we are The Way of Shebach standing to be leading Christians in this present world. Our Ministry consists of an ensemble, outreach and support group/ministry. Our Foundation Is based on the biblical sincerity of truth with reference to the scriptures of St John 14:5-7 St John 15:1-8 and Matthew 5:16. With our biblical reference and our dedication to God we are decreeing and declaring to be a set generation being set apart by exemplifying the truth of holiness through praise and worship. “Shebach†the name given predestined by God (Spelled Shebach in Hebrew) means to praise God in a loud shout. It is proclaiming with a loud voice, the glory, Triumph, Power, Mercy and the love Of God. The Way OF Shebach makes this proclamation, not just being loud, but in having the attitude of putting our whole being into praising and worshiping God. Therefore the mission of The Way of Shebach is to follow the way and will of God, while Singing Praises here on earth.
