Band Members: ..The rundown of Tony Hustle, Mayor Kavachi, Langston Hughes, Narratah Destro or if you cut the checks just call him Marcus Edney. Born and raised in Portsmouth, VA; young Tony was an enthusiastic music head. He was heavy into soul, 80's punk rock & pop, and of course hip-hop. During the early years in elementary school he gathered the confidence to perform by leading assemblies as the master of ceremonies or host at several P.T.A. meetings and various programs. Also, growing up in church served as a solid foundation for music by singing in youth choirs and performing in plays. Eventually through personal conflict and the influence of family, friends and classmates hip-hop became his primary source of music entertainment around age 9. He found it entertaining as well as competitive to write raps with his cousins; Shawn Doe and Jaisaun by the age of 11. To make a long extravagant journey short and sweet, he continued to write, perform and produce as he matured. Together with his cousins and a close friend the Mind Reaper album was constructed. He also produced over 50 % of that project. He earned editing credits for Black Pentagon's first and only album to date, "The Renaissance", and produced over 80% of Wu-Syndicate's Myalansky's "Strait Razor" album. Hustle's mixtapes, "Happy New Year" and "The Wastelands" are available now online. Currently Tony is working on 4 music projects and is also ghostwriting for a roster of artists all to release material in 2009. The acting credits for Tone include roles in "CashFlow" (2008, now on dvd) and the upcoming 2009 release "Conspiracy Nation". (* Tony also performed on the soundtrack of both movies). As u can see the plate is full and he is ready for overdrive in the entertainment realm.
