JayCan..s musical career starts in 80..s with an Age of 12. He got a real good professional music teacher who brings him to a bit classic understanding. The Way, classic music is produced, what instruments are used etc. was faszinating for JayCan. The teacher, self a professional musician explained him the way music works and why all modern music is based on the basic set up of classic music. So JayCan started to analyse modern music for the similarities and found more and more the understanding for modern music.
In that phase he also started to play in a school band. His rythem and beat skills were very distinctive and so he started to play the drums in that little band. Within a Year he learned alot of different rythem styles and modern music.
In those times he found his first Depeche Mode audio cassettes and startetd to listen that new electronic Instruments.His interests in that grows massively and in the age of 15 he was totally addicted to those sounds like Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk and Art of Noise. One Year later with 16 he start to go to Clubs in Frankfurt/Germany. Those times were minted in sounds from Front 242, Nizzer Ebb, and many Amsterdam Techno.
A Year later a friend bought his first two 1210er and JayCan started to play arround in private and so his understanding for mixing grows. In those times big names came up like Torsten Fenslau, Sven Väth, Talla and for the next 3 years Jaycan tingled arround in different clubs to hear his DJ heroes.
After a few Years of Clublive he started to play as DJ in the 90..s. Together with a friend he created a regular After Hour Sunday in a small Club for 400 PPL every sunday and had gigs in some great Clubs round about Frankfurt / Mainz / Bingen. Those days he met one of the greatest EDM Producers ever, Torsten Stenzel, and was often with him in his Studio to learn how EDM works and what producing really is. He met alot of Big names of those times there like Taucher, Sunbeam, York, Genlock, RMB and many more.
In the early Year 2008 his international Carrer becomes to grow. He started to play on several Internet Radio Stations with monthly Shows and Specials. The Audience always was taken on a journey into Trance Heaven and his Fanbase grows. JayCan took place between the Big names of EDM on the official DJ List and is already placed under the Top 130 Trance DJs in the World. In Austria he is No 1 Trance DJ.
In 2009 JayCan took the next step and became official Label Resident DJ for Silent Shore Records and played many Radio Shows together with his Friend and Partner ReOrder and hes now Radio Show Manager for Silent Shore Records and Radio Manager on Discover Trance Radio
JayCan played lately with the Big Names as Markus Schossow on the unforgetable PURITY OF SOUND in Vienna and with ReOrder & Daniel Kandi on VIENNA IN TRANCE and he is booked for big events in Germany and Swiss for 2010.
In 2010 JayCan will release his first Track in Cooperation with ReOrder to take the next Step on his journey in Trance
