Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Whence Brown. I am running for President in 2012.

No, it’s not a weird scam, I am really making the run for election in 2012.

We need someone in office who comes from the same wages as the general populace because the people in office do not see what their laws and position are doing to the middle and lower classes.

I have my beliefs on gun control, abortion and gay marriage, the environment, immigration, and many others posted in blogs on my myspace page, please read them and give me feedback!

I do not have the huge $30 million that the average politician pulls together to run a campaign, so I am starting now and going the inexpensive route to prove to the public that it can be done without wasting that much money. Yes, I do realize that some money needs to be spent, but I believe the kind of money they are spending could be put to much better issues, like social security and health care.

I am running with no real political background because I feel that political office should not be a career, and that those who make it a career start out with the intent to make real change and good things happen, but they get bogged down along the way. Caught in the web of power and money, even the good intentions of congress and the senate seem to trickle down into causing more trouble for the average American.

I want to change it for the best for every American and our children, not just for the current situations.

As for which political party I am running for - because I have not been in politics, and have found that my beliefs match evenly between the two parties so as of right now, I am not choosing a party. I do not believe that we should be forced to choose who we vote for based on what political party we registered under. I am going to run as an Independent, but that is one thing that might change in the future.

As for my qualifications, I know I have leadership quality, though no political experience. I plan on getting around that experience by going to the people who advised the last five presidents, as well as surrounding myself with counselors who both have the experience and have the same beliefs as we do.

Any more questions or comments, I am more than willing and happy to continue to talk with you, for I feel it is best that you elect someone you know.
So why run for President?

Well, I want to be able to make a difference. I want to make this a better place to live and to leave to our children and their children. I can do the job at hand with your well being in mind. Together we can do this.

We are no longer the government that our forefathers envisioned the day they signed the Declaration of Independence. We need to stand up with pride, decide what is best for all of us and this nation and become the great nation we are intended to be.

I believe I will make a great President because I KNOW where the American people come from. I KNOW how it feels to be in debt. I KNOW how it feels to have to make the choice between needs and wants, between food and medicines.

I believe it is time for change. We need to change the way the government spends money, we need to open up the government and get more information out there so we know what is really going on.

We need to change "Politics as Normal"

I may not be well spoken. And I do not have access to professional speechwriters but I am hoping that I might speak to your hearts and minds. I am here to let you know how I feel and where I stand. My main focus is America.

I do not want to be President because I want the title, or the prestige. I want to be President to help you. I am here because I care about and love America! I might not have the clout and political backing as everyone else and I sure do not have access to the massive amounts of money that they do, but I believe that is a bonus for me. I am not bogged down by the politics. I do not think like a politician, I think like an American.

I also understand how important money can be and exactly how much money a "million" dollars is. It would take me 20 years at my current job to make a million dollars and that is without spending a penny of it for everyday expenses. I will not be spending 30 MILLION + dollars on just campaigning. I believe that if someone can spend 30 Million dollars just in an attempt to get elected, it is no wonder that they spend BILLIONS once they are in Office.

I will change "Politics as Normal".
