I am the owner and operator of Fit Mama Fitness LLC, a personal trainer, yoga instructor, professional fitness model, author, NPC National Figure Competitor, and mother of TWINS!I am a muti-faceted, highly driven, high-energy person. I enjoy all things athletic and being outdoors. I live a life predicated on health. I feel good when I am physically, nutritionally, and spiritually fit! I am so thankful to be able to live in this way and to share it with others!I am passionate about my family, my business, my clients, my training....I am a passionate woman! I believe strongly in the assertion of women and hightening awareness of the "wrongs" and atrocities happening, daily, in this country and world-wide. We need to STAND UP AND PROTECT our mothers, sisters, and daughters!I am interested in networking with like-minded people in the fitness & modeling industry and all fitness arenas.
