Skill assessment, personal interviews and written reference check to past employers are thoroughly performed. We also verify that dental hygienist/ dentist licenses are current.Its founder, Mercedes Lebron, has over twelve years of experience working as Dental Assistant, Radiology Clinic Coordinator and Office Manager. Working as a "dental freelancer" for years while in school has given Mercedes first hand insights of what is expected from both ends. A Boston University graduate with a BS in Biology, Mercedes also has a Certificate in Business Planning from the East Harlem Business Capital Corporation, and enjoys teaching Spanish, Acting and Pilate's.
