About Me

Sedalia Welcome Mat Club is the first legitimate Judo/Jujitsu club in Sedalia. The school was created by Brian Spencer (Blue Belt Juj/1st Degree Black Belt Taekwondo), his instructor Joshua Henges (3rd Degree Black Belt Juj/Judo), and all those students who have been with us since the first day. Sedalia W.M. continues the long standing traditions of the first Welcome Mat Judo club established by Steve Scott in K.C. Missouri. We practice the art of Shingitai Jujitsu, Kodokan Judo, and Russian Sambo.
