A LITTLE ABOUT BRIAN AND NIKKI:
Both have competed in numerous amateur bodybuilding competitions placing top 5 or winning their class many times. Check out our galleries for pictures of past competitions as well as to see whats new with us and the gym. While both now consider their competition days over neither has lost their passion for an active life style, and if anything that passion has been increased. Brian and Nicole are both involved in every aspect of the facility, from teaching classes, personal training, running the desk, selling memberships, and just making sure our members are happy with the services provided. We are dog lovers by heart having 5 dogs and periodically taking one in to help find it a good home. We love what we do and hope that in the next years we are able to bring more to Sedalia and become more involved with the community.
Brian's Gym has been in operation since January 31st 2006 and is owned and operated by Brian and Nicole Spencer. In the last two years Brian's Gym has sought to bring a new feel to the gym environment in Sedalia. While we have top of the line equipment, a clean environment, and plenty of classes to fulfill anyone’s needs, it is the personal service and our commitment to taking the time to help people that has really solidified the reputation of the facility.
