About Me

Hey everybody!
The name's Ryan, I'm from Elgin, IL, and i just turned 19! Right now I attend Elgin Community College. Just completed my second semester. Its a little challenging, but not bad. My plan was to transfer to a university to major in Criminal Justice but im thinking about attending a ministry school down in Kansas City after ECC. Thats kinda where my heart is leading. I dont want to be stuck doing something that i hate.. anyways, a little about me: I like to have fun. I think im a pretty cool guy. I may seem quiet at first but once you get to know me i rarely shut up. I enjoy life, and everything in it. I like to hang with friends, play the guitar, go to the House Of Prayer, and just have a good time wherever i go.
I play the acoustic guitar and i am a worship leader at EHOP (elgin house of prayer). If you ever have time, check it out! (Rt. 19, at the Eagles nest church, passed the old elgin high on the right)I'm big into Christian music. Jesus is more than a man. He is the living God! He's definitely my role model, and I seek to live a life that will bring glory to Him.

My Interests

I love to play baseball. I love to play the guitar. I love to sing. I love to read. ( sports section of the newspaper, bible, magazines ) I love the Chicago Cubs. I like to hang with friends. I like to be around people. I dont mind being alone at times. I like to talk. I like to listen. I like to play poker. I like to play sports. Im energetic, athletic, and a little shy. Im not very open at once, but when you get to know me im very open. I want to get married some day. I dont like Sox fans. I like everybody!... except sox fans. I like to meet new people. I like to talk about anything. i like oceans, but im scared of sharks. Im scared of spiders. Im not scared of dying, rather i look forward to it because i cant wait to go to heaven! I like to play pool. I like to listen to music. I like to write poetry and songs. I like to go to the house of prayer. An education is important to me. I like to watch movies. I like to go paintballing. I like to worship my Creator and Redeemer. I like being Me!

Right now id like to meet some people around my age, and just have some fun. Just looking to make some friends, and enjoy life. I'm christian so i'd also enjoy talking to other christians!

I listen to a bunch of different music. Mainly Christian stuff though. but i like to mix it up once in a while. to me, christian music really makes an impact. it makes you feel good, and its very encouraging. its just GOOD stuff. Some of me favorite artists are Chris Tomlin, Shand and Shane, Misty Edwards, Todd Agnew, Jars of Clay, Mercy Me, Michael W. Smith, SonicFlood, Switchfoot, Relient K, MERCHANT BAND, Delirious, Lifehouse, Tim Hughes, Jeremy Camp, Matthew West, Casting Crowns, Third Day, Tree 63, Coldplay, O.A.R, Aaron Shust, David Crowder Band, Phil Keaggy, Shawn McDonald and many, many, more!

Television:

I don't watch much t.v. but when i do i like to flip on Sportscenter to get up to date on the sports world. I like some comedy, and even some drama.
