This will take some time...Growing up in Tulsa, I was an "OUTSIDER", but I didn't realize it. In fact, I was so far outside I was beyond Outside. Your can read about me in Susan's book and even see me in the movie, I'm the kid walking around oblivious to the world around him. I had friends who were Soc's & Greasers, but I thought those were just funny names they called each other. Thanks Susan, for the retro eye opening.I was a student of a student of Bruce LEE, who taught me a about Jeet Kune Do, by making my mistakes as painful as possible. I became a quick student. I became an instructor of Ed PARKER's Kempo. Looking back, I wish I'd spent more time with Jeet Kune Do.As a photographer I got to meet many intersting people such as: Johnny CASH, Rory CALHOUN, Dennis WEAVER, Michael JORDAN, Steve YOUNG, Danny WHITE, Troy AIKMAN, Bart STARR, Mark McGwire, Walter BRENNAN, Louis L'AMOUR, Eldridge CLEAVER, Glen CAMPBELL, Hank WILLIAMS Jr, Jan & Dean, Beach Boys, STATLER Brothers, Merle HAGGARD, Danny AINGE, Paul WESTFALL, Alice COOPER, Tanya TUCKER, Harmon KILLEBREW, Warren SPAHN, several governors & politicians running for office.
I also, as a child, got to see Ricky Nelson perform with his brother David, their trapeze act.Jimmy Tittle "The Sraw" (that broke the camels back)
