Sugar and Hate was formed in January of 2008 by Luke Metz (Joelle Joelle, Four Deep), Jeronimo J. DeLeon (Joelle Joelle, Four Deep), drummer Trent McIntyre (Blame the Sea, Wicker People, Dionysis) and the amazing Raquell Manginsay.
