Torture Method

About Me

»-(¯..v..¯)-» Design your MySpace with MyLook «-(¯..v..¯)-« Torture Method was formed in November 2003 when the remaining members of Divination decided to reform the band. It was decided that drummer Sean Kern would take over on vocals, and a new drummer, Dave McKenney was recruited. Guitarist Stephen Rzepka enlisted bassist Jay Altomoos and guitarist Mark Currie. The band started writing new material. About a year later Mark left the band due to personal problems and was replaced by Brian Jankowski. Torture Method played 2 shows with that line-up, but soon after, Guitarist Jankowski, and Bassist Altomoos left the band. After looking for a while, they found new Bassist Tim"T J" Austin. Soon after that, Guitarist Mark Currie returned to the band. The band then continued on, and within a year, was playing shows again. In January 2008 Jason Tober, former drummer of Sickened, Kilcifix and Seven Gates, became the new drummer of the band, bringing more brutality and grind for the mind. Along with the addition of the new drummer, we decided to revamp the overall sound of the band. The material now being written by all members of the band has brought out a sicker, heavier and musically better side to us.
