My name is JeTaime Harris 29 years of age. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. Raised in Baltimore Md. I have 4 brothers Tinker, Tori, Julian, Floyd II. 4 sisters, Teleda, Elisha, Elizabeth, and Maria. As a child I was raised in Wilson Park Holy Church of Power under Bishop John T Whitney.First Lady Mother Hattie Whitney. Playing music all my life. My mother name is Pastor Joy P. Harris. The Founder and the Pastor at Shekinah Glory United Holy Church of Deliverance. I'm the keyboardist of the church. I love playng the keyboard. And we are very close. That's where I get my voice from. My father name is Floyd E Harris. He's a DJ in New York. I started at the age of 3 my mother told me about it. I use to play with my father's records. He'll play his LP's on the turntable and I sing with the music. I saw the studio for the first time. I had opportunities to go the apollo. Didn't understand as a child. But as I got older, I grew up being in the streets of Baltimore. Then I became the streets radio. People would ask me to sing for them in the hood. The girls would have me sing for hours. Even the ladies older. All my life as a child I hung around grown folks. And especially the drugdealers that like rap and Hip Hop, ask me to hit a tune for hours. Some would pay me to sing to there girlfriends on the phone. I did my first show at 14 at Arena's PlayHouse. Before I graduated 8th Grade. i audtioned for Baltimore School for the Arts and I got accepted to that school at 15. At 18 years of age, I performed at Walbrook High School Talent Show. Me and Danyell Britt singing a duet. And we won first place prize. And was there for 2 years. at age 22, I was in this group called TV, True Voices. it was four of us. Performing at The Baltimore Grand, we had a harmony that was just remarkable. We got a standing ovation for that one song, She's Not Right. Same as University of Baltimore we did the remix. And we carried that harmony. The projects called me their Ghetto Star in Baltimore, nick names like Singing Yo, Choir Boy, Silk, Mi Amoure. Now I'm with BPP, Maurice Dorsey known as Knatty the head of Beat Philosophy Productions. Gave me a chance to sing a couple verses and told me welcome with acceptance. Real serious people. We are hardworker when it comes to music. And I enjoys music work that I do. Everything we do is write and play the music. Like real business men do. And I'm the first male artist of BPP's R&B singer. I like doing business with BPP. I enjoy traveling. The love of music is me. Soon to be a producer, song writer and artist.
