Local Uprisin was created to support the Local Bands of Delmarva. Now that I am no longer on radio and due to family deaths and illnesses, I have not been able to do much with this site. I am currently and have been for past 2 years acting as a caregiver to these family members. Let me tell you watching loved ones die is not fun. I still try to make it out to see the great local bands of delmarva. Without their music I would be a mental wreck right now. So thank you all if not just for a 3 minute song but to help me escape from my reality. I still plan on keeping the dreams and hopes of Local Uprisin doing more to support local bands in the future.
