Basicly Divioso thought that there should be a place where artists can come together and create beautifull music live in front of important people. Apparently Good friends of his (Dave G & SherZ) who own a nice little bar named 'the Black Pumpkin' thought the same thing. So they invited him to put a band together and perform every Tuesday Night. So that he did. Divioso called his boy DJ HA. of (Decapitated Records, HedzFalinOph)) and said, 'lets do this' so Ryan (DJ HA.) said yes and lets call the Scientim. (got'em) then all named above invited many great MC's, Singers, and various Musicians to play every week.
