THE IMPORTANT GOAL WE HAVE IS TO PROMOTE THE JAMAICAN CULTURE AND PARTICULARLY THE DANCEHALL CULTURE...AND NOT THE DJSET ONLY...BUT THE DANCE AND THE POWER THEY HAVE!!
our idea is that the dancehall, THAT is an aerobic dance, promote the personal and social well-being AND NOT ONLY INNA the "teach" situation BUT ALSO inna di dancehall!!
very soon we are going to begin the new mini Italian workshop and show tour. There will be the possibility for Jamaican artists to make themselves known in Italy and for Italian people to get in touch with the real Jamaican entertainment
at the moment WE ARE IN COLLABORATION WITH THE Rototom Sunsplash to organize into the Dancehall area workshops, stages, seminaries in the afternoon of the festival in collaboration with Jamaican artists and Italians dancehall schools.
we have been organizing workshops about Jamaican dancehall all around Italy and we also organized a dhq contest last summer(2k8) in the south of Italy (SALENTO)in collaboration with "Gusto Dopa al Sole- reggae/hiphop festival".
in the north(PADUA) we make workshop weekly in collaboration with People Wanna Dance (PWD) and we are developing a project about the definition of the dancehall in collaboration with the University of Padua (ITALY) Faculty of psychology
