Hello! I am actually a long time lover of makeup and now a stay at home mom during the week and work as an Esthetician/Makeup Artist on Saturdays! Thank the lord for Saturdays! I've decided to actually start a makeup portfolio in my spare time because being a mom and focusing on your child 24/7 you can kind of lose sense of "you". And that's not cool! I have been doing makeup professionally for about the last 5 years, but have been in love with it since I was a little girl. I started doing makeup at Saks Fifth Avenue in Palos verdes California. I worked with Nars, Lancome, Bobby Brown, Estee, Stila and Laura Mercier. This is where I really fell in love, as I had so much wonderful talent around me and I learned a thing or two about application and I discovered how to play with colors and different looks. I knew after wrking with makeup that I had to further my career so after moving to Chicago because of hubby's job, I enrolled in Esthetics at the Naperville Skin Institute. I now work at Frank Gironda Salon and Spa in Wheaton Illinois. I love it to pieces. I'm fortunate to work with extremely talented people and I love to have a Saturday packed with bridal makeup :) I even more so love when the high school dances hit because those girlies will let you go dramatic and they love it! I am open to any constructive critisism you might have and I'm looking to posibly further my freelance carreer in the Chicago area. Thank you for visiting!
