Novange's work is representative of a diversity of artistic expressions, innovation and creativity. Her profound inspired lyrics and her unusual versatile voice take us into a musical and visual universe made of contrasts, curves and swings. She takes us gently by the hand to discover bitter-sweet melodies and her emancipated electronic music. LES CARNETS DE NOVANGE (Novange's notebooks) is a multimedia production constructed around the concept of the journal. It's a mix of music and video and some of her personal writings, transformed into songs, her musical repertory, the “back bone†of her show. The first album extract from this project Silence ( 2002) and the second Post-Scriptum (2008) have been realized with the composer Hubert Cesarion.. The third album “solo†is on the way. In perfect harmony with her general musical project, Novange chooses the path of artistic complementaries and she always likes to set up a diversity of performances on stage.
