syrak

Syrak started out as a duo in January 2007, featuring Rasmus on drums and Kristofer on the baritone guitar, jamming and playing with rhythmical elements not yet explored by the members. Ambitions grew, and eventually Syrak became a five piece unit. Magnus was added to handle the low end duties. John became the man in charge of the second baritone guitar. Johan takes care of the delicate task of getting the message across through vocal cords. Syrak is an experiment in collective composition based on ideas that we feel won't fit into our other musical contexts, creating and playing what we think the world is missing out on music wise. Then again; maybe it's just the kind of stuff we haven't yet had the pleasure of hearing other artists perform. Oh well...
