Because Pope Benedikt XVI enabled the tridentine mass to be celebrated in the Roman Catholic Church since 2007, there is a need of priests which are able to celebrate this mass.
Goal of the academy ist to educate priests in celebrating the tridentine mass and to support the spreading of the tridentine mass worldwide.
Da Papst Benedikt XVI. im Jahr 2007 durch das Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum, die tridentinische Messe in der römisch katholischen Kirche wieder ermöglichte, werden nun Priester benötigt, welche diese Messe halten können.
Ziel der Akademie ist es, Priester in der tridentinischen Messe auszubilden und die Verbreitung der Messe weltweit zu fördern.
