Charly B comes from LA and San Francisco but doesn’t hold the bay area sounds in his music. Inspired by some of the greats, he has a mind full of great ideas. From business concepts to creating a new sound for hip hop, Charly B has an original mind state pumping out ways to influence other people.
Working hard in the studio on a regular basis and not only writing lyrics but co-producing as well. Within no time at all he was collaborating with known artists, such as Ivan Ives, Lucky I Am from Living Legends, and Scarub as well. Getting signed to Detail Records was an additional career boost, working with DaVe D and LayLay on songs that were unique and innovative.
He is now working on a project that is a compilation of these artists, showcasing some of their raw, natural talent. This project will be promotion for his album, which breaks the stereotype of a hip-hop artist, and breaks the mold. With songs such as “See Youâ€, and “Kryptonite†featuring LayLay, he has been the glue to bond together some very talented artists and create a new wave of music for the future generation to be inspired by.
With some a charismatic appeal and a natural sense of originality in his songs, it’s only a matter of time before the whole world hears about Charly B!
