About Me

I'm about to be a senior biology major, and with that title comes a ridiculous amount of geekiness. I think microbiology is cool and organic chemistry is the devil. Thankfully, my friends keep me sane and just on this side of the line between normal and study-obsessed.
I am very honored to be the Sweetheart of Sigma Chi, Kappa Psi chapter for 2008-2009. I couldn't ask for a better group of men to represent.
I have a lot of quirks that I'm too stubborn to change, such as my deep loathing of cake and carrots in salad. I love to laugh and have fun, but I hate drama with a passion. If you're honest, we'll probably get along.
In so many ways I don't know what I want yet. I think everything happens for a reason, and if you're patient and optimistic, things will work out exactly as they should.

Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, pretty much anyone but Macy Gray.

Movies:

The Princess Bride, Fight Club, Sliding Doors, Gone Baby Gone, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Gone With the Wind, Memento. My film class made me a fan of Roman Polanski, Metropolis, and a few random French films. But NOT Un Chien Andalou.

Television:

The Office, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Arrested Development. I've seen every episode of Friends.

Books:

Too many. . . Better: A Surgeon's Notes on Performance, Brave New World, Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures, Memoirs of a Geisha, Dispatches From the Edge, Enchantment, Night, Pride and Prejudice. Gone With the Wind, of course.
