About Me

I am Lord Iorath Banality-Crow (my family tends to drop the Banality for obvious reasons. I, on the other hand, positively embrace it!). Unlike some people I know I am more than happy to accept friend requests from carefree young ladies who all have the same profile because I'm still annoyed after discovering that Droit De Seigneur was a load of codswallop. That said, it's possible that certain aquaintances of mine who do not approve of such ladies and who believe I should be more dignified may come along and delete you. This is not my fault! Anyway, apart from that, I'm not Agnes of Dunbar, contrary to the popular opinion of some rose bushes I know and I'm certainly not Llywarch Hen or The Brahan Seer. I'm not Henry VIII either, but we sometimes wear the same hat and I believe we share the same taste in chocolate lemmings. It's worth pointing out thast I have been dead since 1833 but, ever the optimist, I haven't let this get in the way of enjoying life to the full.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Smebody with enough free stone to fix the South Tower. Can't pay them, you see. I'd also like to meet the chap who designed my tomb because, frankly, the Angels look constipated and I haven't got a clue what the horse is doing with that barometer.

My Blog

It Should Have Fallen Down Years Ago

How We Haven't Been Killed

So, now you know some of our history.  You know about Egbert and Clevelys anyway.  I'd like to say these two were the worst of the lot but, to be honest, most of my family seem to have ...
