Disseverment - Death Metal / Metal / Grindcore June 2008 Band of the Month

CONCEIVED IN THE YEAR 2001 FROM THE REMAINS OF OLD MOONSHINE BARRELS AND A COVERT GOVERNMENT EXPERIMENT, DISSEVERMENT WAS ACTIVATED. THE MACHINE STARTED TO SPREAD LIKE A DISEASE OVER THE MARYLAND PANHANDLE THROUGHOUT THE NEXT 5 YEARS. IT HAD RECRUITED MEMBERS, CHEWED THEM UP, AND UTIMATELY SPEWED THEIR SOULLESS BODIES FORTH ONCE THEIR LIFE FORCE HAD BEEN EXHAUSTED. BUT THE MACHINE CONTINUED TO RAVAGE LIKE A SCOURGE UPON THE HILLS OF THE MASON DIXON. THAT IS UNTILL THE SUMMER OF 2005â€¦THE MACHINE COULD NO LONGER BE FUELED BY LIVE PERFORMANCES ALONE. THE LACK OF ANY REAL RECORDED MATERIAL SWALLOWED THE LAST BIT OF THE MACHINE'S ENERGY; IT RETREATED INTO THE DARKEST DEPTHS OF THE APPALACHIANS.
ONE YEAR LATERâ€¦

THERE IS A RUMBLE IN THE WOODSâ€¦

ALL LIVING THINGS FEEL UNEASINESS AND SCREAMS CAN BE HEARD FROM MILES AROUND. THE BEAST HAS EMERGED FROM ITS SLUMBER TO DOMINATE ONCE MORE. MARK, JAMES, AND KYLE, THE ORIGINAL CORE OF THE MACHINE, CAUSED THE REINITAION AND BRIAN FILLED THE LAST OF THE MACHINES FUEL SOURCES. HERE ARE THE EFFORTS OF THE PAST YEAR, A MESSAGE TO ALL.
