About Me

Having built up a reputation for being one of the hardest-working bands around, the Wexford based quartet “Issue 72” take their quest for world domination a stage further with the release of their New ep.Described as “indie pop-rock with tinges of punk”,the 3-track ep-all tracks in 4/4 time- is mindful in places of Nirvana-on the track”Caught in a Trap”,while the last track “One Day”has elements of jazz about its person. The only Bulgarian in the band-Evo-wrote this one.Tom wrote the others. The choice of Martin Furlong as dedicated lead vocalist has turned out to be a shrewd move indeed ,as he stamps a distinctive vocal style all over the tracks, suggesting that he truly is one to watch in the warbling department. With upwards of 40 gigs under their belts of late-and a coordinated marketing plan ready to kick in for the ep’s promotion-available at the band’s gigs and high profile record stores around the country-it’s only a matter of time before the entire country is talking about ISSUE 72.height=0 src="http://counters.gigya.com/wildfire/IMP/CXNID=2000002.0N XC/bT*xJmx*PTEyMzk3NDIxNTk5ODkmcHQ9MTIzOTc*MjE3OTE5NiZwPTE4N TUxMSZkPSZnPTEmdD*mbz*3ZTI5ZTdhZmZlNTk*YTAzYjMyNDEwNDcwZmIwN jY1OQ==.gif" />
