DVD BACKUP SERVICE DISCLAIMER We do not sell to minors you have to be 18 or over as per UK law to buy any of the CD/DVD-R’S. My role is to supply a backup to your original material. By legal regulations you are required to read and understand the following disclaimer.
I simply backup software and material, which you claim to currently own. These duplications are allowed by law, and you are allowed to use this service by law. I provide this as a service. I cannot be held accountable for the purchasers use. If you sell the copyrights to any of these CD/DVD-R’S you must destroy the backups of the said product. You take responsibility of your own actions when you make your purchase. I understand that when you are using this service that you are implying that you have the original copy of that title, and I supply it to you on that understanding only. If you state that you don’t own the original copy of the title, you must then by law, destroy the original copy of the title and any backups made within 24 hours.
