Hi, my name is Dallas Meyers. I am from Gulfport Mississippi and I LOVE my New Orleans Saints! I am a season ticket holder, 2008 being my third year (yea i got them at the right time). My entire family has been huge Saints fans their entire lives, especially my mom. Mom sucked me into the "Who Dat Nation". Ever since i was introduced years ago, I have been a huge fan and supporter ever since.After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and New Orleans it seemed like nothing would ever be restored, and that our towns, citys, homes, traditions were nothing but a memory. Man were we ever wrong! We started rebuilding, help started to come in, we never gave up! Then there were the New Orleans Saints. Displaced to different stadiums, forced to play their "home" games away, put under the microscope as the team that will never recover, rumors of moving to San Antonio and that the team will be sold. But boy were they WRONG!Yea the first year after the storm was pretty bad going a measly 3-13. Everything that was going on in New Orleans was weighing heavily on not only on residents minds, but also the players. Most of the team had homes in the surrounding area and lost everything they had. The bad luck reign ended though in 2006. A lucky first round pick in Reggie Bush, a lucky LATE pick in Marques Colston, and a free agent signing that a lot of people doubted in Drew Brees, and a 10-6 record later the New Orleans Saints won the NFC South, and advanced to the NFC Championship for the first time in franchise history. Although we didnt get the much anticipated fairy-tale ending that everyone wanted when our beloved saints lost a hard fought cold, rainy, and icey game 39-14 at Soldier Field. It gave us a glimmer of hope, that the so badly talked about Saints ARE a good football team, the paper bags came off our heads as we screamed together, WHO DAT WHO DAT WHO DAT SAY DEY GON BEAT DEM SAINTS WHO DAT!!This is a page dedicated to the New Orleans Saints and their fans. I will update daily with news, pics, scores, transactions, and anything else as soon as I hear about it. I am just a fan like anyone else, that truely LOVES my saints, and will always be by there sides. WHO DAT!!
