Forth and Back is a 5-piece rock band from suburban Minneapolis. The band started forming in the summer of 2007 and began writing music over the winter as the official line-up fell into place. Their first hit, "Cruel Boy", propelled them into the spotlight and set them up for a thriving crowd at their first concert in July 2008 at Parker's Lake. Forth and Back continues to write music and perform in the Twin Cities area. They are currently in the process of recording and putting together their debut album which will hopefully be done in the fall of 2009.
