.. I am a 33 year old mama/wife/seamstress/creator. I never know what to write in these 'About Me' boxes..how does one sum up who they are in such a small space to write? I could go on and on about how I am insanely in love with my family, how I sew as a form of meditation, how I love to cook, how we co~sleep/AP/cloth diaper, how I love playing with molten glass....I love to read, though I have not had the time lately to get into a new book. I do not like tv, I feel it is a tool for the media to brainwash the masses. We choose not to pay to be brainwashed. Reality shows, talk shows and the news make me sad. We do, however, rent movies from time to time. ;)My kids are silly. I learn so much from them each day. They make me stop and focus..there is more to life than the worries of money, stress, etc. It is the small things that really matter..handpicked (and squished) flowers, mud pies, playing in the ocean, hugs, being used as a big napkin, wet kisses...ahhh i could go on and on. My kids are the best! =) ..My work is to stay at home with them, and when I get the chance, to design clothing. I love to sew and am quite passionate about it. Each piece I make is totally unique..never duplicated. As special as each person that supports me by wearing my clothing. =)The love of my life is my husband. We met on the school bus when I was 12 and he was 14...and the rest is history. He is my crafting adviser (haha), my rock, my soulmate, my other half. Sewing Rooms
