I am a walking contradiction. I'm shy and quiet, yet wacky and loud; easily amused and easily irritated; a dreamer and a skeptic; sarcastic and light-hearted; can't stand people, but love having company.. you get the picture.
I'm a bit geeky and quote the Simpsons like it's going out of style. I also am a music freak.. my favourite bands/artists are Pearl Jam, Weezer, Counting Crows, the Wallflowers, Matchbox 20, Avril Lavigne, Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, Tenacious D, and the Killers. I try to see at least one concert a year.. last year's shows were Flight to Mars at the Showbox and Pearl Jam at the Gorge.
I spend a lot of time at work (tutoring at TCC) and playing Phase 10 and Apples to Apples at Bertolino's, while drinking coffee with friends.. or using my laptop or reading if I'm alone. I also enjoy attending the occasional Tequila Night or Random Celebration, going bowling while inebriated (and while sober), camping at "the spot", watching tons of movies, filling out MySpace surveys, and getting in contact with tons of people I haven't heard from in years.
