A long story about a band can be very boring.
So here just some facts that you need to know.
Slavantas is born in end dec 2006.
Formed by Caveman (drums) and Beastings (vocals).
Those 2 created a new band : SLAVANTAS.
Going back to the roots of the early days.
To make some raw and old Heavy Metal.
To complete this task they needed members.
In January 2007 they found their first member.
The name we gave him was Blazer (guitar).
The first rehearsals took place with those 3.
They jammed and did some try outs.
After many auditions they found member 4.
His name was Darkone (baritone guitar).
While making songs,member 5 showed up.
The young and talented Metal Andy (guitar).
Progression and new songs were made in 2007.
In March 2008 Slavantas recorded a promo.
Sold to some friends and to the underground.
The same year at sept. the 1st live gig was a fact.
Then some problems occured within the band.
In a very short period Andy and Darkone left.
Hard days ahead and no more motivation.
Missing a complete structure within the band.
Slavantas weakness made them fight again.
The light was shining through the dark tunnel.
A friend of Blazer became a new member.
J.T.Ripper (guitar) joined them in Nov. 2008.
This replacement was a great improvement.
In a very quick time the bassplayer was found.
Mr. Black Art (bass) joined them in Dec. 2008.
The sound of a bass that they missed a long time.
So here ends the short version of a thing that is -
called the bio,from the past till present time.
These Dutch Metal Warriors are ready for you all.
Slavantas is a real live act and breeds energy.
The Heat is on.

A little history about the bandname:
Slavante is a hill area at Maastricht in Holland.
It contains many caves within this area.
In the early days when the Romans entered -
our domains there was a villa on those hills.
There lived a man with the name slavantas.
In those times he was a greek/roman architect.
Now you know how we ended up with this name.
It's just a little ancient part from a piece of Maastricht.
