The Pagan Unity Foundation project began as the brainchild of Rob Elm, April Bell & Alfred Surenyan, Sometime in early summer 2006. They knew there was a large Pagan Community in Los Angeles County, but they just were not connecting. They realized that what L.A. needed was a place for people to connect with each other to know that they were not "The Only ones." They also knew that many groups were constantly looking for affordable open places to hold gatherings, rituals, etc. They envisioned acquiring a building where rooms would be available to be rented out for such Purposes.
