HEY! My name is Janet Riffe....I live in West Virginia and I am a Nail Tech/Artist....I love nail art and to me the crazier the better...so you will not see any "normal" nails on my page, just the most extreme !! I do NOT airbrush or use decals....all of my work is 100% HANDPAINTED and all of my 3D nail art is HANDSCULPTED !!! Nothing is store-bought except for maybe a few rhinestones here and there.....I would love to see everyone else's nail art, so please message or send me pics..i love em!!!
