Often people ask, “What is a sexologist?†I have a postgraduate degree in human sexuality. I promote the positive aspects of human relationships. I’m involved in research. I teach sexual ethics and at all times, I am a student of erotology: AKA the history and media representation of erotica.
In 1994, in conjunction with Ron McAllister, the idea man behind the innovative designs at Doc Johnson, the number one sex toy manufacturer in the U. S., I wrote my doctoral project, Sexual Enhancers: An Exploratory/Descriptive Study of the Use of Specific Sex Toys for Women. That year, I graduated from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. Two years later, I adapted this project into three sex-educational films, Love, Sex and Orgasm, which I moderated.
These experiences have lead to the creation of the Sex Toy Murder series. At the moment, I'm looking for an agent who will represent these books to a publisher.
