Praveen Achary, a.k.a Veda / deciBel / etc., thinks its quite funny writing a biography in a third person tense. So until someone can write his biography, he'll explain it in first person. Hahaha.
It started off back in high school when I was introduced to THE Prodigy, mainly the "Fat of the Land" album. That was the moment I fell in love with electronic sounds. Evolving with the scene, I grew a fondness towards electronic dance music in specific. At first it was full on trance and it slowed down to progressive house, where the elements used were so much more defined and complex. Starting off as bedroom DJ, I started building sets for radio shows and monthly promotions. They showcased tracks and sounds that I was admiring at the moment. My attempt for production came with bootlegs & mashups. Some of them achieving airtime on FM Radios (MixFM Lebanon) & on support from A-list Producers/DJ's (Amadeus, Menno de Jong, Danjo, Redstar, Preach & more). This past year, I've been taking my own productions (whether it be remixes as well) quite seriously, learning sound designing & programming softwares.
