About Me
Born in New York's Flushing area of Queens, Anthony "Tony" Sharpe is that rare producer that stands out above the rest. Repping Queens, New York, in the vein of artists before him that include Kool G Rap, Havoc from Mobb Deep, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, LLCool J. Tony recalls his earliest memories of music through his family's diverse record collection that included Soca, Reggae, Hip Hop, R&B and Soul but it was in middle school when meeting his good friend Sha when he discovered his passion for creating and producing records. Tony is destined to be the next great producer for the new generation of fans. With his status as one of the youngest upcoming producers he is all set to make his major move into the industry, but due to that powerful word called "Politics" it has not happened just yet, but he will continue to grind until he shines. He doesn't get a kick out of trying to keep up with what everyone else is doing. Open your mind and not fear change and growth.
Tony has produced exclusive tracks for artist such as "Sha", Montana da Mac, Yung Fresh, Mookie and other artist around Atlanta creating a buzz for himself. He is currently building a relationship with another producer by the name of Black Elvis and the Atlanta based rapper, Young Ralph. In a recent interview Tony claims "that he can and he will continue to produce records and shine anywhere in this world, any region, any coast, it doesn't matter". Tony says "I have down South beats, beats for the ladies, beats for people struggling, beats for true Hip Hop lovers". He wants his music to make a difference in people's lives and in the world. I think if you can change the way of the mind, you can change the heart" I just want to inspire people. In all honesty, I'm a well rounded producer, and I make music for everybody, because at the end of the day I'm human. I go through the same things that everybody else goes through. He still remains calm and collective like a true New Yorker should. "Making tracks is comfortable, "it's like going to a spa". As the hip hop community and all of his fans know, Tony is one of those producers that just seem to be that one big song away.
