Zach Wilkerson has been writing 'things' for almost 22 years. Most of the ancient texts have since been destroyed or lay neglected in some unknown place. This current project (which has yet to be completely unveiled) has been in construction for over the past eight years. He blends words with other words to create something he refers to as sentences. These sentences are bridged together into another structure that he has defined loosely as a 'paragraph.' "It's sort of like talking, but written, and is usually more thought out than off-the-cuff speaking." When questioned what he intended to do with these paragraphs in a 2003 interview, he remarked, "Obviously something. I'm not just going to waste my time writing paragraphs because it feels good. It doesn't feel good. It feels tedious. I'd rather just eat an orange. Or take a shower. Or get a bath-house massage. A what? I don't even know what 'a happy ending' means."
Zach Wilkerson has been working in conjunction with Florence Gafford, Lucy Gafford, Bradley Seipel , and others who will be credited once they do something to be credited for. He has been reported to hang around The Blind Mule, Mobile on Tuesday nights.
