.... I believe in Internal Reparations through project proteus. My approach to this means US paying our culture back by generating the over $7 trillion given away to create our U.S. during slavery. While that may seem to be a lot of money, it is only a little more than the annual cost of US healthcare or the equivalent of 5 Chase banks. How many years would it take to do that?
I didn't want to start this trek with boring calls for legislation. Rather, I hope to create channels of entertainment that level the playing field against the behemoth broadcast media. I hope these channels reflect the more complete side of Blacks beyond the stereotypical brand. I believe it's high time to do things far better and vastly different. The entertainment industry represents billions of dollars to begin our trek. Our entertainers represent the culture and the bottleneck of music, movies and gaming that are choked up in the major labels and movie studios - no more.
