My main interest is complaining about people who have no manners. Aside from this highly enjoyable and rewarding endeavour I love music in many shapes and forms. I hate narrow-minded people. If you only listen to guitar based rock music your most likely a fucking moron. I particularly like underground Hip Hop and electro artists such as Cage, El-P, Sage Francis, Spank Rock And UffieI Also love Rock music but am frankly fed up of aweful British indie bands sporting dangerously tight trousers and irritating jangly guitars. I couldnt care less about your local kebab house or how you dislike Bouncers/'Chavs'/The Dole/Minimum Wage, or any other mundane aspect of British Life. However, Im currently loving The Locust, The Sound Of Animals Fighting, Cutting Pink With Knives And The Blood Brothers amongst others.I have a rather unhealthy appetite for alcohol and love going out in Manchester (The Roadhouse, Music Box, Sankeys, Northen Quarter...) and Birmigham (Snobs/Sanctuary/Academy). Finaly Im a big fan of all things Japanese - Music (Melt Banana, Polysics. Dragon Ash, Mad Capsule Markets, Ellegarden...), Films (Takashi Miike, Takeshi Kitano, Akira Kurosawa...), Anime (Neon Genesis, Bubblegum Crisis...) and rather strange television amongst many other things.

I have to confess to being a bit of an bit of an arse when it comes to films. Without meaning to sound pretencious (or indeed like a complete wanker) but I love world cinema, particualrly Japanese cinema. Favorite films have to be Ichi The Killer, Happiness of the Katakuris, Leon, City of God, Visitor Q. However I also like Dude Where's My Car, so as long as its got an intelligent plot line... I also love anime. But not Ghost In The Shell as it makes my brain hurt.
I can honestly say I loath Television. However my protest of not aquiring a TV licesnse at university resulted in a stern telling off from a man with Ginger hair. It seems crime does indeed NOT pay. However this new fangled DVD business is rather good and I must confess to being a big fat comedy geek. I love anything by Chris Morris (Particualrly Jam) and also enjoy stuff like Spaced, The Mighty Boosh, Father Ted, Peep Show and Nathan Barley which is the most underrated comedy creation since Harold Bishop...
Despite previously being a student Ive probably only read a handfull of books in my whole life and I dont suppose 'Spot the Dog' really counts anymore. However I have enjoyed reading Hunter S Thompson's books, particularly 'Hells Angels'. Also I loved Frank Skinners Autobiography despite the fact I came close to pissing myself on a train after reading a particularly funny part.
