I started singing at the age of 4 in church. In high school I began to sing jazz and classical. I was in Best in the Northwest Choir, Clark County Honor Choir. I traveled to countless competitions in high school. I competed in Newport Jazz Fest, Edmonds Community College Jazz Fest, and Western WA University Jazz Fest. I performed at The World's Fair in Canada. Right after graduation I opened for Tanya Tucker at Clark County Fair Grounds.I was the music director at my church for 15 years and traveled the state with my choir. I attended music conferences in Indiana and Stockton, Calf. In 2003, I decided to pursue country music. I always had the country voice but could also sing, black gospel, soul, jazz, and blues.I came from a very musical family. My dad and brothers play guitar, trumpets, harmonicas, and drums.
