I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

A gamer geek and an affectionate dork. A t-shirt & jeans guy who'd like to find some friends to hang out and game-on with. I offer good laughs, a listening ear, and a shoulder to lean on when needed. I like to think I have a good sense of humor... I'm very sarcastic and enjoy making people smile. I also enjoy cooking (which doesn't necessarily mean I'm good at it) I just enjoy trying.

My Interests

Giving my wonderful girlfriend, Crystal, reasons to smile and feel happy is what I love doing most of all. In my personal time, I enjoy playing and talking about HeroClix, HorrorClix, City of Heroes, City of Villains, and Burnout 3 and 4 on Xbox. My non-gaming interests include TMNT, Homestar Runner, Transformers (G1 only), Disney's Gargoyles, and superheroes in general.
This cracks me up everytime I see it: ..

I'd like to meet:

Friends: Anyone who wants to hang out, have some laughs, watch a movie, play a game, etc. Someone to work-out with would be cool too. I could definitely use more motivation to get back into an exercise routine.
I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

Music:

A little bit of everything (other than country and rap). Usually depends on my mood. Movie soundtracks and fast-paced, hard-hitting songs are a big part of my music collection. A few of my current favorites are the Punisher movie soundtrack and Green Day's "American Idiot". One all-time fave that'll never get old is the Transformers movie soundtrack.

Movies:

Action and adventure reign supreme. I also like comedies and animation (but not anime). Just a few of my favorites: TMNT (first was the best of the three), Transformers, X-Men (both), Spider-Man (both), Hulk, Punisher, Fantastic Four, Batman Begins, Hellboy, Daredevil, Armageddon, Twister, Lilo and Stitch, SuperTroopers, and Kung Pow: Enter the Fist.

Television:

Anything I watch usually falls into one of these categories: sci-fi, animated, or adult comedy. Currently, I watch the TMNT animated series, Heroes, Justice League Unlimited, Teen Titans, South Park, Robot Chicken, and That 70's Show. Past series I've enjoyed watching include Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Disney's Gargoyles, X-Files, Dark Angel, Special Unit 2, Lone Gunmen, and Star Trek.

Books:

Most of what I've read falls into the sci-fi or fantasy column too. I've read books based on Buffy, Angel, X-Files, Star Trek, Transformers, TMNT, Forgotten Realms, and various comic book superheroes. I also enjoy reading about R.A. Salvatore's creation, the drow elf, Drizzt Do'Urden. Most recently, I finished reading the collected book "Marvel Zombies", which was really fun. :)

Heroes:

My parents top this list. They raised me to be a kind, considerate person and I have great respect for everything they've done for me and my six younger siblings.
My other heroes are of the comic book variety. I'm a superhero geek and I love those larger-than-life characters who fight for what they believe in and protect those they care about. And really, that's what matters most.
