Akt

Gli Akt nascono nel 1998 a Bologna, Italia. Fin da subito la musica si fonde con momenti di scrittura e riflessione. Inizialmente in 4, talvolta in 5, ora in 3, gli Akt producono numerosi brani singoli, successivamente raccolti in album modellati emotivamente.
Dal 2000 l’utilizzo del computer contribuisce enormemente alla vena sperimentale della band e alla realizzazione di musica che da rock progressivo diventa sempre più contaminato da un timbro elettronico ed insolito.
Nel 2007 esce "Déntrokirtòs" un lavoro lungo 1 anno e mezzo. Attualmente il trio bolognese sta avendo una trasformazione: una direzione nuova, più vicina ad alcune correnti del minimalismo jazz nord europeo.

Akt band was born on 1998 in Bologna, Italy. At first their music is supported by frequent writing and reflection moments. The original band was composed by 4 members, sometimes they were in 5, now the band is composed by 3 musicians: Simone Negrini, Marco Brucale and Alessandro Malandra. Initially they produce single songs then collected in emotionally moulded albums.Since 2000 they start using computer for composing music and this will be a great contribute to their experimental aptitude. Thus from a kind of music that may be defined as progressive rock, it turns to a sound which is always rock but contaminated by an electronic and unusual tone colour.
