About Me

This is my new Beatles book. Contact me if you're interested or order it from amazon. This video is a good sum-up of what I'm about:I write and edit books and magazines. I play music. Relaxation is key: Walking in nature. The dancefloor. Astral research. Yoga. Shopping for old 45s. Good food. Libraries. Smiling. DJing. The beach. Massages. Hanging with my nieces and nephew. You know.My other books are 1. 'Rock & Roll's Most Wanted,' a collection of stories and lists; 2. 'The 1960s Most Wanted,' the same format, about that crazy decade; and 3. 'Wrigley Field: The Unauthorized Biography,' the tale of the greatest ballpark in baseball.I like to spin records in clubs when the opportunity presents itself. In addition, I play 60s-type rock covers with the Captain Blood Orchestra.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Lost members of 1960s/1970s garage-rock bands. Fans of same. Smart baseball fans. Picky vegetarians. Birdwatchers. Radical Jeffersonian liberals.
