Italian dishes are good for creation and of course french red wine, but I also use some sweets liquors " flambees", good Whisky, but the better is " Une bonne gnole". Here in Taiwan we have the Kaoliang wine, so strong and so great. We have also some wild black pig, tasty, and many fishes. La charcuterie Francaise, le Saint-Nectaire fermier, Le pic de la Calabasse.
