Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway."

About Me

Hello All! I'm Thomas and this is my Myspace. Who is Thomas, you may be wondering. Well I'll tell you.
I was born in Alaska in 1986 and I have lived my entire life here. True, I hate the winters here most times, but I have no intentions of leaving this state. Most of my family lives up here (on my mother's side). The rest mostly live in Minnesota and few are scattered across the country. I love my family very much, my younger cousin's especially.
To describe me in a few words takes more than a few words. I am fun-loving, dorky, crazy, energetic (at times), excitable, loyal and generally a happy person. So basically I share a lot of qualities with a dog. I always try to find a silverlining and keep on a good face. I know what I am and I embrace both my faults and my strong points. They make us who we are and one must know one's self to love themselves, and I love myself very much.
I am a kid at heart and I still watch cartoons and play with toys. I LOVE children and I can't wait to have my own one day. They will be the most awesome kids ever.
Among the many things in life, my one passion has to be for laughter. I love to laugh and make others laugh. I'll often do, wear and say things that I think is funny just to make others laugh. Laughter is one of the most spontaneous and uncontrollable outbursts we have and for that moment we're free of all inhibitions and cares and control. I think it's quite liberating and I try to laugh as often as I can.
I am a self proclaimed Geek and I am proud of it. I love all the Geek cult stuff from Star Wars and Star Trek to Lord of the Rings. I collect action figures among other things. I am a tad obsessive over the things I like and enjoy. I also have a very active and vivid imagination, so in all honesty I have some crazy fantasies, dreams and thoughts a lot.
Movies and Music are the two things in life I absolutely adore. I have a huge DVD collection that continues to grow. One day I will own all of the movies I adore and love. I also am rarely seen without my trusty iPod, Fredrick. He's like my best friend, I got him for Christmas one year and he hasn't left my side since. Besides my computer, it's probably the most important device I own.
I'm a fairly simple person. I like things simple and I am often happy with the bare minimum. I'm pretty laid back, easy going and open minded. I'm also fairly outgoing, though upon first meeting me I am usually fairly quite and shy with not much to say, but as soon as I warm up I am generally pretty loud, sociable and quite crazy.
I've been single basically since I've come out of the womb. This is mostly because I am picky, shy and I often doubt myself when it comes to the opposite sex even though I have more female friends and get along better with females than I do males. Why this is, I don't know. I have loved someone once with all my heart and I am pretty certain that won't be happening again anytime soon. I am a hopeless romantic and I am always a sucker for love stories.
I'll be the first to say it, but I am often a walking contradiction for there is a lot about myself that I have found to be confusing, like that I don't care much for oranges, but I love orange juice. Believe me when I say I even confuse myself some times. As simple as I like to be I am fairly complicated at times. I have several idiosyncrasies and many, many underlying issues. Basically my issues have issues.
I have a strong feminine side and I know it. I can be quite girly and flamboyant. A friend once said I am the gayest straight man she‘s ever known. I have an undying love of cute things like puppies, hearts and all that jazz and I do enjoy a good chick flick and I’m comfortable enough in my sexuality to be able to admit to all of that. I blame it all on being surrounded and raised mostly by women growing up.
I am fairly open with my life, so if asked I'll tell. I am not sure what else to write here, but I am sure I will think of something more. Until then, feel free to message me if there is anything you'd like to know! I love making friends and meeting people, though I'm often weirded out by random friend requests and messages.
