Das Lofthausstudio besteht seit über 10 Jahren und gehört zu den bekanntesten Tonstudios von Darmstadt und Umgebung. Zusammen mit Lolo Blümler, Mark Rückert und Jan Weimann teile ich mir hier Geräte und Räumlichkeiten.
Mit Nathalie Schäfer arbeite ich momentan an unserem zweiten "Nekta"-Album, welches nächstes Frühjahr beim Frankfurter Plattenlabel Infracom veröffentlicht werden soll. Der Song "Guess who" von unserem ersten Album "Water the flowers" schaffte es letztes Jahr immerhin in zwei bekannte amerikanische Fernsehserien- wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.
Außerdem hatte ich in diesem Frühjahr das Glück zwei Remixe machen zu dürfen. Der erste wurde bereits im Mai auf der MopMop-EP "Kiss of Kali" (Infracom) veröffentlicht. Den Remix "Twice"habe ich zusammen mit Michael Rütten (Soulpatrol) für die schwedische Band Little Dragon produziert, die uns mit Ihrem ersten Album schwer begeistert.
Since more than 10 years the Lofthausstudio exists and has become one of the most popular recording studios in Darmstadt and vicinity. I am sharing equipment and recording rooms with Lolo Blümler, Mark Rückert and Jan Weimann.
Together with Natalie Schäfer I am at the moment working on the second "Nekta" album, scheduled to be released next spring by the label Infracom from Frankfurt. Last year the song "Guess Who" from our first album "Water the Flowers" made it's way on the soundtracks of two successful American TV shows - we are looking forward to next year.
This spring i also had the pleasure to remix two great songs. The first one was released in May by the italien project "MopMop" (Infracom) on their EP "Kiss of Kali" . The second remix is produced by Michael Rütten (Soulpatrol) and myself for the Swedish band Little Dragon, who have blown us away with their first album.
