About Me

Began spinning in high school in the late 80s at the rise of the new hip-hop and electronica movements. First gigs, we for school events then as I went on to college, I gained more experience spinning at a weekly experimental open theater night. Those roots have created the wide range of sounds I like to employ in my mixes and productions.

I get a lot of encouragement and inspiration from the fabulous woman in my life. I would also like to thank her for the album art on my page...I am truly blessed that you're in my life!

My Interests

Music:

Influences: Herby Hancock, Public Enemy, 80s Detroit House, The Orb, Depeche Mode, 80s tunes, Ministry, Front 242, Cabaret Voltaire, EB, and many underground electronic bands of that era.
Sounds Like: Not sure what it sounds like: big beats, lots of playing with rhythms and counter-melodies. I don't play to a particular style but I suppose I could be said to mix electro-house, mainfloor house, euro-house/dance, progressive and vocal trance.
Record Label: Unsigned
Type of Label: Indie
